Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment or payment by cheque. If ordering from outside of the UK please contact us for postage charges and payment terms.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling All UK purchases that are ordered before 4pm are delivered next working day via the Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Where a product isn't in stock, we will contact you. All UK deliveries will be charged at £12.00, Free carriage on all orders that exceed £500. Overseas carriage will be calculated at time of order, please contact us for details.
Delivery Schedule In most cases orders are shipped same day for next working day delivery, if we are unable to deliver we will contact you. For Security reasons we can only deliver to the card holders address. Orders outside the UK mainland will incur an additional carriage surcharge. Overseas order are only accepted in UK currency, with payment by bank transfer, banker's draft or cleared cheque.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a manufacturers 12 month warranty cover. Warranty protects the original buyer against faults, it does not cover accidental damage, faults must be reported immediately and then returned within 48 hours for warranty inspection. All returns must be suitably packaged. Please check compatibility before purchase.
WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS (FAULTY WITHIN 28 DAYS) If a genuine fault is found within 28 days of purchase, contact us for returns number, return the complete unit (as sold) in original packaging, with suitable outer packaging. The units are then tested and replaced or re-funded.
WARRANTY REPAIRS After 30 days of ownership, faulty goods will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair.

Returns Policy No goods should be returned without prior arrangement with the Seller. All goods should be returned complete as sold, in original packaging and in suitable outer packaging. Returns must be sent via registered carrier, to Warranty department, Sempal Limited, Commercial Centre, Sherriff Street, Worcester, WR4 9AB. All goods accepted for return will carry a 20% handling charge.
